Privacy policy

• Account data: name, email address and authentication credentials.
• Course data: progress, assessment answers and issued credentials, stored in our managed database.
• Contact and form data you submit voluntarily (for example, the contact page or a waitlist).

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards.

We send transactional email (purchase confirmations, account access, credentials, service notices). We do not use advertising networks or ad trackers, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We share only what's needed with providers that help us run the service: payment processing (Stripe), transactional email delivery, and database hosting. We do not share data for advertising purposes.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@mindfuldiving.org. We will respond within a reasonable time. Note that account deletion may affect your ability to verify credentials already issued.

We keep account and course data while the account is active or as needed to provide the service (including credential verification), and delete or anonymize it when no longer needed or at a user's request.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the last-updated date at the top of this page.
