MDI PRO is direct affiliation with the Mindful Diving Institute International for professionals who work without a center behind them — freelance instructors, travelling guides, boat pros, small operations. You keep your agency. You add the layer.
MDI certifies the presence layer only. All diving activity remains inside the professional's own agency standards, ratings and insurance. CMAS, NAUI, PADI, RAID and SSI professionals are welcome as full equals — or any equivalent agency.

PRO-1
Teach, water-verify and certify MD-1 Mindful Diver™ and MD-2 Advanced Mindful Diver™.
PRO-2
Everything in PRO-1, plus MD-3 Mindful Dive Leader™. Opens after ten certifications, a quality average of 4.5 and no open flags.
How it works
1 · Qualify
Complete MD-3 online, take the Vow, and hold a current professional rating and insurance with your own agency.
2 · Invite your divers
They study the online course in their own account; you see their progress, never their private reflections.
3 · Verify in the water
A guided checklist per level, drawn from ARRIVE and FFLN. Your diver confirms it from their phone — no confirmation, no certificate.
4 · Certify
One certification credit issues one verifiable credential, stamped with your PRO number.
The 111 Model

One honest number, and no toll booths. Founding affiliation is €111 a year — locked for life for those who join now — with 11 certification credits included.
The money, plainly
Teaching, briefings, invitations and water verifications are free and unlimited. One credit is used only when you tap Certify: €11 (MD-1/2) · €22 (MD-3) — the same price for PROs and centers, no independence penalty. Your membership includes 11 credits; price the rest into your water fee, like any agency fee.

Safety copy that never moves
Every practice fits entirely within your existing agency standards and dive plan. Slow, continuous breathing only — never breath-holding, skip-breathing or hypoventilation on scuba. No mindfulness exercise during descents, ascents or gas management: safety is the first mindfulness practice.
