Terms of service

Mindful Diving™ operates Mindful Learning, a catalog of eLearning courses (MD-1 through MD-5) purchased individually for $111 USD each. Buying a course gives you lifetime access to that specific course: its lessons, downloadable materials, and, where applicable, its final assessment.

Courses are delivered through your account on mindfuldiving.org. We do not sell or distribute physical copies.

Dive centers may purchase blocks of licenses ("seats") to assign to their students via a redemption code. Each code is single-use. Once redeemed, the seat becomes an individual purchase subject to these same terms and to our refund policy.

On completing a course with a passed assessment, we issue a digital Mindful Diving™ credential (card and, where applicable, certificate) that is publicly verifiable by code on our verification page.

A Mindful Diving™ credential recognises training in mindfulness, safety culture and ocean connection as applied to diving. It does not replace or supersede any diving certification issued by SSI, PADI, CMAS, RAID or another training agency, and it does not by itself qualify anyone to dive without the relevant agency certification. It is not a medical or therapeutic service, and it is not a substitute for professional health advice.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately at hello@mindfuldiving.org if you suspect unauthorized use.

Course content, the Mindful Diving™ method and associated materials are owned by the World Happiness Foundation or used under license. Purchased access is personal and non-transferable, except for unredeemed center seats, which may be reassigned before redemption.
