01Dive agencies
Mindful Diving is complementary to, and independent of, SSI, PADI, CMAS and RAID. Nothing in our curriculum replaces a single line of your standards; it sits on top of them as an attention and wellbeing layer. The five levels are written distinctive-specialty-ready, so an agency can adopt or adapt them without rewriting its own progression.
Our offer: a distinctive-specialty-ready curriculum, free to review.
02Safety & dive medicine
Our safety language is deliberately conservative: slow, continuous breathing only, never breath-holding or skip-breathing on scuba, and no attention exercises during task-critical phases. It is reviewed by our Safety & Dive Medicine Board — and we would rather it were reviewed by more eyes than ours.
Our offer: an open invitation to review the Standard's safety language, line by line.
03Conservation guardians
Pillar 4 — Ocean Connection — teaches divers what to protect and then points them at the organisations already doing the protecting. Our stewardship module sends divers to your doors, not ours. The Current, our annual gathering on World Oceans Day, is dedicated to the guardians rather than to us.
Our offer: a stewardship module that routes trained, attentive divers to your work.
04Universities & research
Our academic anchor is the Cátedra de Ciencias Contemplativas at the Universidad de Zaragoza. We work inside the e-co-flourishing framework, and we measure with validated instruments — the FP20 Fundamental Peace scale among them. Data is anonymised and published annually, whatever it shows.
Our offer: a bilingual global cohort, an instrumented curriculum, and open publication.
