The signature arc

Every retreat echoes the same four phases as a dive itself, held over days instead of minutes.

Arrive & ground

The first day is not a dive day. Arrival, rest, an opening circle and an honest look at intention.

Daily dive & practice cycles

Two dives a day framed by breathwork, briefings built for presence, and structured reflection between them.

Between: integration circles

Evenings return to the group — sharing, journaling and quiet conversation about what surfaced below.

Beyond: taking it home

A closing day builds a simple, personal practice to carry the retreat's calm into ordinary life.
