수탁자 책임을 지지 않는 9인 협의체입니다. 표준의 범위를 지키고 과학적 근거를 정교하게 다듬습니다. 임기는 2년입니다. 전체 회의는 연 2회 열리며, The Current에서 한 차례 더 모입니다.

아직 다 채워지지 않은 구조를 공개합니다. 열어 두는 것 자체가 초대이기 때문입니다. OPEN이라고 쓰인 자리는 빈틈이 아니라 문입니다.
