根源的な平穏とは
根源的な平穏(Fundamental Peace)は、測定・検証できるよう厳密に定義された、神経活動と体験に関わる状態です。安定しながら柔軟であり、穏やかでありながら十分に関与している状態。痛みがないことではなく、そのエネルギーが愛と思いやりへと変容すること。統合された調整能力です。
仕組み
脳の大規模ネットワークであるデフォルトモード、実行制御、サリエンスの各ネットワークは、硬直した自己関連処理から離れ、統合的な調整へと再編されます。この能力は、内省的な実践や海での体験を通じて鍛えられます。効果を前提とはせず、必ず前後で測定します。
