We offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and you have completed fewer than 20% of the course's lessons. After that window, or once you've progressed past 20% of the course, we don't offer a refund, given the access already enjoyed.

If a credential (card or certificate) was issued before the refund request, that credential becomes void and will no longer verify once the refund is processed.

Blocks of seats purchased by a center are refundable as long as they remain unredeemed. Once a seat is redeemed by a student, it becomes an individual purchase subject to section 1 above.

Write to hello@mindfuldiving.org from the email address used for the purchase. We'll confirm your course progress and process the refund through Stripe within a reasonable time.

We may make one-off exceptions for good cause (for example, technical errors that prevented course access). Write to us and we'll review it case by case.
