Mindful Breath™ · 專長課程——各級皆可選修
21 次呼吸
每天五分鐘,持續二十一天,每天寫一行。一天中的任何時刻都可以。
Week one · Ground
- 1Arrival — five minutes watching the breath without changing itLog: where do you feel it most?
- 2The Nose — the full protocol, nasal onlyLog: what did the slower pace change?
- 3The Long Exhale — four in, eight out throughoutLog: one word for the body at minute five.
- 4The Sigh — cyclic sighing for the middle three minutesLog: what let go, and when?
- 5Coherence — six breaths per minute, steady as tideLog: where did the rhythm want to live?
- 6The Pause — let the natural rest after each exhale be felt, never heldLog: what lives in the pause?
- 7Intention — close with one phrase for the day; carry itLog: the phrase, and one moment it returned.
Week two · Water
- 8The Regulator Rhythm — breathe by mouth today, slow and audible, as if through a regLog: what does your breath sound like?
- 9Buoyancy — lying down, one hand on the belly: feel the body rise and settleLog: which part of the breath lifts you?
- 10The Gauge — count your breaths in five minutes; just data, no verdictLog: the number, and the mood beside it.
- 11Sound — practice somewhere with ambient noise; let sounds pass like fishLog: the sound you stopped fighting.
- 12The Wave — inhale as the crest, exhale as the troughLog: one image that arrived.
- 13Current — practice right after climbing stairs or a brisk walk; ease inside mild effort, nose only, never strainLog: how long until calm?
- 14The Buddy — breathe five minutes in rhythm with someone, or with one track of The Ocean WithinLog: what changes when breath is shared?
Week three · Life
- 15Surfacing — the recovery pattern (ten long exhales) after the day's hardest hourLog: what stood down first?
- 16The Interval — one three-minute interval between two "dives" of workLog: how did the second dive differ?
- 17The Amber Word — end by letting one word volunteerLog: the word, nothing else.
- 18Weather — name today's emotional weather, then breathe with it, not against itLog: the forecast, before and after.
- 19The Tide — two short sittings, morning and eveningLog: which tide taught more?
- 20Open Water — five unstructured minutes; let the breath chooseLog: what did it choose?
- 21The Ocean Within — the full protocol, unhurried; then the closing reflection: what do you carry home?
Safety
Every day of this cycle is a land practice. Nothing intense in the hour before a dive; in the water, slow continuous breathing only — never breath-holding, skip-breathing or hypoventilation.
