Build on the care you already bring to diving.
Small groups, unhurried teaching, a connection with your local reef: your experience matters here. A centre, an independent instructor or a federation can each help shape the work. Exploring it does not require buying a membership.

Explore and contribute
Tell us what you already do well and what you want to develop. Review the public method and resources; any complimentary course or book access is confirmed individually in your invitation.

Agree one first experience
Start with one site, a named coordinator and a group profile. Agree the supervision plan, instructor authority, readiness checks, sessions, assessments and itemised costs before booking. Any agency course or refresher is confirmed separately with its provider.

Review before growing
Review what participants could use, what instructors observed and what needs practice. Check delivery time and costs before repeating the pilot. Your identity stays yours; agree permission and attribution before publishing a case study or logo.

只参加自己符合运营方要求的活动。遵循活动简报、潜伴程序和潜水计划。使用水肺时自然、持续地呼吸。水下不屏息，不采用规定的呼吸节奏，不额外进行内省练习。
岸上：同等重要的参与
提供同样受到重视的岸上选择：认识当地生态、支持获准的社区活动或分享本地知识。提前与主办方确认无障碍安排和适合的角色。
活动后：觉察与学习
安全返回岸上后，可以问：你注意到了什么？什么让你觉得吃力？下次怎样支持你？分享完全自愿。选择一个切实可行的下一步，如主办方认可的志愿服务入门活动或学习交流。
分工明确，共同关怀
主办方确定保育重点与许可。具备资质的运营方负责潜水及应急安排。修复团队规定作业所需的培训和监督。MDI支持准备与反思，不授予潜水或修复作业许可。
参加条件与费用
无需MDI资格。潜水、公园准入、装备和活动引导可能产生费用。开放报名之前，应商定收费、参加条件、无障碍安排和取消条款；社区体验日并不一定免费。
按自己的节奏继续
通过主办方的志愿服务或教育项目保持参与。如希望深入个人学习，可探索Mindful Diving、Mindful Breath或The Diving Mind。这些自选课程不授予开展修复作业的资格。
Centers, PROs and partners: roles and fees
Center / operator
Owns guest bookings and diving operations. Agrees the guest price, logistics, instructor and payment allocation. Its membership does not affiliate its whole team.
MDI PRO
An individually affiliated professional. Teaches and assesses within verified authority; earns the agreed teaching fee. PRO-1 covers MD-1/MD-2; PRO-2 adds MD-3. MD-4/MD-5 need Institute arrangements.
Federation / community partner
Contributes experience, convenes members and helps shape the pilot. May work with an operating host without becoming a center. Agrees attribution, costs and public endorsement. Partnership alone grants no teaching rights or standard referral reward.
Diver / participant
Receives one clear inclusion and cost summary, uses an individual email and completes the applicable learning, practice and assessment. A community demonstration does not award certification.
Membership is separate from enrollment and teaching: Founding PRO €111.00/year; Seed €190.00 in the first year. Confirm Founding eligibility, renewals and previous payments. Seed and the audited Seal are distinct services. Certification credits are also separate from teaching fees.

Use a group summary here; collect participant names and readiness information through the secure process. Confirm any agency course, its fees and instructor authority with its provider. Agency dives do not automatically fulfil MDI session requirements.
- Name a host coordinator; agree operator capacity, eligibility and conservation permissions before registration.
- Offer a complete shore programme and a weather alternative. Agree each cost and its payer.
- Keep reflection and guided meditation on land. Operators retain normal diving responsibilities.
- Review feedback after 7 days and the agreed conservation contribution after 30 days. Further learning is optional.
DRAFT - confirm the written agreement before booking. This estimate does not issue an invoice, grant access or certify a participant.

高校与研究
使用身心健康问卷时，应取得知情同意并妥善保护隐私。FP20是一种反思工具：其分数不是诊断、医学许可或项目有效性的证明。请在研究登记库中查阅研究方法、效度验证证据和结果。
我们提供可供审阅的教学材料，并就研究方法、知情同意和适当的成果指标开展交流。
